Update system error message displayed when invalid characters inputted into a contact report

Over the years, we've had countless cases where users attempt to save a contact report, only to be presented with a generic "Unexpected System Error" message, and their contact report not being saved. In most cases, the error was caused by an invalid character, such as an emoji, being included in the contact report. As an idea/suggestion, would it be possible for FPM to display a more descriptive error message in those cases, that would explain why the contact report could not be saved (because of the invalid character)?
