Refine the automated "Fundraiser Performance Management Weekly Digest" email to exclude older adjusted contributions, as they appear as new and confuse our fundraisers.

Older adjusted contributions should not be included in the "Fundraiser Performance Management Weekly Digest" since they currently appear as new.

I was informed that the “digest is set up and pulled is hard-coded in FPM and can't be altered”, and that's why I'm submitting this enhancement request to change that. Making this change will reduce confusion among our fundraisers.
