Create exportable viewport for proposals at all levels for ALL officer goals/ytd progress in one report

In working with customer support on a question, it was noted that there is not a good way to view all officer proposal goals/progress all at once. It would be helpful to have an exportable report that would include the goal and the progress for each level of proposal for all officers in one report. If this exists and I am not aware, I would be glad to know where to find this report. Thank you.
