This is one of the main metrics that leadership ask for in mailings and it is unfortunate that this isn't done automatically here. If the cost and total fundraised is already in there, then automatically calculating the ROI would be nice. I have to keep separate spreadsheet for annual giving appeals and manually add in cost and gifts when I could just enter the cost once into FPM here. Thank you
