We value your unique insight into our products and services and often receive ideas and feedback from our community in a variety of ways. To streamline this process, we’ve created an idea bank where you can post product suggestions, vote for those most important to you, and add comments to existing ideas.
On the Biographical Profile page, the social media links provide value. Current functionality searches for a hit with the first email, even if there are multiple emails, it does not cycle through all available emails. There is an ability to cycle through the emails manually. However, if you cycle through the emails and nothing is found, any email you cycled through is permanently removed (deleted) from any future Clearbit auto search. This was explained to me as functionality provided to assure removal of an email when an inaccurate result is returned.
My request is for the user to be able to check all available emails without auto removal. Preserve the removal from future scans functionality by providing a prompt that requires a confirmation from the user that inaccurate results are found. This would assure an intentional decision has been made by the user.
