Add "Outstanding Pledge Balance" as a column to add to lists

This field is already being calculated and sent in file. It would be helpful to officers and prospect researchers if you were able to add the "outstanding Pledge balance" field to list to know who is still paying off pledges and to prioritize prospects that may not be paying off pledges.
