Add "Last Contact by assigned officer" and "last visit by assigned office" to Target Query options

Add "last Contact by assigned officer" and "last visit by assigned officer" to Target Query options. I see this under "Prospect Assignment" as "last contact by selected officer" and would love to have this as an options in a regular query.
