Persistent columns for officer goal progress details

We oftentimes would like to see additional columns when viewing the details of progress towards a specific officer goal. For example, when viewing the progress details for Amount Granted goals, we always add the Granted Date/Amount. Column selections are persistent in Targeter and are very useful there, and would be just as useful when viewing Goals Progress details.
