Additional Merge Fields for Scripts

  • In the scripts, is it possible to merge in both the prospect’s first name and the prospect spouse’s first name so it reads “Dear Joe and Jane,” ? This would be incredibly helpful for volunteers who are reaching out to parent sin K-12 schools. Without the fields populating, volunteers are having to toggle back and forth to plug in the information.

  • Also for the scripts, is it possible to merge in the ask amount so that it auto populates?

  • When you click on the option to send an email & text, is it possible to populate the phone number / email address of both the prospect whose profile you’re in as well as the phone number/email

Again, each of these would improve upon the user experience and make the process much more efficient.
