Add ability to query on household giving rather than only individual

Currently, you can query on person A's giving using the cumulative cash giving filter. If person A gets married to person B, and person B starts making the gifts for their household, person A won't pull into any queries based on the new total household giving number or recently made gifts. I'd like to be able to pull on a household's recognition total to get any gifts made by either both A or B. If it's easier to make this a checkbox "include household recognition? Y/N" that would be fine.
