I was under the impression when I created a query and made it "public" that the fields/columns I selected originally would be the same as when another user accessing that query in Targeter. I now know that is not the case and for the users subscribed to a query their default columns will be used when they receive the email and access the query. The default columns displayed may be different than what was set when I created the query. When I create a specific query for my gift officers, I choose numerous fields (contact info/ratings/last contact/giving, etc) that will fit the query purpose. I want them to view the columns/fields I have chosen for that query when they review on their end. Some gift officers do not use queries as much as others, so for me to add columns that I know they should see would be most beneficial.
