My colleague and I feel that having spouses' prefixes as an optional column in Targeter's Query tool would make our mailing-list process more efficient. With this data point, we could formally address those we invite to events. Examples of these formal mailings include those for our Centennial Gala in 2019, our annual holiday cards, and our board of trustees' retreat. Without this data point, we have no choice but to manually add or remove prefixes to make each pair consistent. This task requires hours of time collectively, and eliminating it would make event planning — one of the most stressful jobs that exists — just a little bit less stressful.
